Grinch Cookies

I’m fully embracing my inner Grinch this holiday season…

because I’m making festive cookies without butter or added sugar — and honestly? I don’t feel bad about it one bit 💚

These Healthy Grinch Cookies are made with simple, real ingredients like banana, oats, and vanilla protein powder. They’re naturally sweetened, easy to make, and still bring all the holiday cheer thanks to that signature Grinch-green color and a tiny red heart on top.

Because even the Grinch had a heart ❤️

💚 Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed

2⅓ cups rolled oats

1 scoop vanilla cream protein powder (FlavCity or similar)

1 tsp matcha powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: white chocolate chips

Red heart sprinkles (pressed in after baking)

🎄 Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in oats, protein powder, matcha, and vanilla extract until combined. Fold in white chocolate chips if using.

Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and gently flatten into cookie shapes. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until set.

Remove from the oven and press heart sprinkles into the cookies while warm. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
