Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding

I can’t get enough of this chia pudding I’ve been having for breakfast. It’s super easy to make, packed with protein and DELISH!!!

Since I’m all about all things pumpkin right now, I wanted to make a pumpkin spice versions and since I had just picked up Trader Joe’s pumpkin spice almond beverage, I thought it sounded like a match made in heaven. Turns out, it is!!!


  • 7oz Fage 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Almond Beverage
  • 1/4 cup Cheerios Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie seasoning
  • Sprinkle of Stevia to your liking


  1. Mix yogurt, almond beverage, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice and stevia in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Top with Cheerios when ready to eat.
  3. Enjoy!
