I can’t get enough of this chia pudding I’ve been having for breakfast. It’s super easy to make, packed with protein and DELISH!!!
Since I’m all about all things pumpkin right now, I wanted to make a pumpkin spice versions and since I had just picked up Trader Joe’s pumpkin spice almond beverage, I thought it sounded like a match made in heaven. Turns out, it is!!!
Ingredients
- 7oz Fage 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Almond Beverage
- 1/4 cup Cheerios Pumpkin Spice
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie seasoning
- Sprinkle of Stevia to your liking
Directions
- Mix yogurt, almond beverage, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice and stevia in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with Cheerios when ready to eat.
- Enjoy!
