And voilà — Angel Eggs were born.

Creamy, whipped dessert fillings piped into egg whites like a little protein-packed truffle bite.

Put a tray of these out and watch chaos unfold. People do double-takes. They hover. They whisper, “Are those… sweet?” Then they try one, their eyes widen, and suddenly your platter looks like a Black Friday sale at 6 a.m. Your cousin who never talks to anyone? Each recipe yields 8 egg halves (4 whole eggs).

Pipe fillings using a plastic baggie → snip corner → squeeze into egg “valleys.”

2 tbsp Nutella
